A Bit About Us

We are empowering women who are professionals as well as entrepreneurs that work for and/or own successful businesses/organization working in various industries to come together and build together. Successful women who are open to mentoring not only young ladies but other women in the same or opposite fields throughout their community.
Our goal is to raise money throughout the year for our program called “Pay it Backwards ”. Pay it Backwards: is a program in which by the end of the year W.H.I.T.E gives a check (s) from donations/money raised to a new entrepreneur, organization or student. Everyone member can nominate; a Student/Entrepreneur/Professional or Charity. The Women/ Organization who receives the monetary advance will be obligated to pay it back over the following year so we can increase the monetary incentives in the years to come.
How will we do this?  By restoring career day in schools, giving young ladies a chance to intern with reputable business, guidance in networking and  mentorship. However we need you to get involved and be part of the change.
