Pay it Backwards
Making a Difference
“Pay it Backwards ”. Pay it Backwards: is a program in which by the end of the year W.H.I.T.E gives a check (s) from donations/money raised to a new entrepreneur, organization or student. Everyone member can nominate; a Student/Entrepreneur/Professional or Charity. The Women/ Organization who receives the monetary advance will be obligated to pay it back over the following year so we can increase the monetary incentives in the years to come.
Mentorship
Doing What’s Needed
Most of our efforts pertaining to this program involve giving young ladies/men a chance to intern with reputable business. Guidance in networking and mentorship with other professional/entrepreneurs.
